Product Returns and Repairs
All products to be returned to our service department require a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#).
Goods should be returned in their proper packaging. Commercial invoice (and packing slip) should state - for repair,
no commercial value
All products come with a standard 12 months carry-in Warranty; unless otherwise specified or agreed. In case of
carry-in warranty replacement has to be done by customer's engineer and for on-site warranty our engineer will
replace/attend the complaints at site.
To obtain the Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to shipment to our service department please
submit a Return Authorization Request
or E-mail Us.
Provide documentation with the returning product to indicate the following :
Model number
Serial number
Description of problem
Proof of Purchase (Invoice No. & Date)
Application
Other comments as needed
